It sinks 16 feet below the surface of the North Sea and aspires to become the most "deep" restaurant in Europe - and why not the world. Designed by Norwegian design firm Snøhetta, the underwater construction will be able to serve 100 visitors on three floors, with breathtaking panoramic views. The architects have used reinforced acrylic glass to retain water pressure and the harsh conditions of the Norwegian submarine currents. It is expected to be completed in the spring.
