The town hall complex is divided into three building units, gradually decreasing in height, which allow the rational division of its functions internally. The citizen can freely enter his outdoor space as he is not hindered by any fencing. The heart of the interior is the central, multifunctional hall, a point of cooperation and action of the citizens. Its design was based on passive energy saving systems, with excellent operation of the orientations and utilization of special parameters of natural solar, cooling and shading. Adjustable sun protection devices have been installed on all the glass facades of the building, while the dominant element in the configuration of its surfaces, internal and external, are the visible concrete and the natural stone.
